Each day, volunteers help prepare, package, and deliver hundreds of meals to homebound individuals across Syracuse.   • Food Service Volunteers (8:30 AM – 11:00 AM, Weekdays)
    Help prepare and package meals in a team setting. No experience is needed—our staff will guide you. This is a great option if you enjoy hands-on work in a supportive environment.
  • Delivery Volunteers (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, Weekdays)
    Deliver meals directly to neighbors in the community while providing a friendly daily check-in. This role requires a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
  • Office Volunteers (Weekdays)
    Assist with administrative support such as answering phones, organizing files, and helping with communications. Ideal if you prefer a structured, indoor role.
